Flowers from our garden

Boy, Have I changed over the years.

Years ago, like most guys, I had very little care for flowers, landscape or what ever was in, near or sounded like the word garden. To me, it was just a lot of work. Don't get me wrong, I did appreciate pretty things. I am still married to her. I worked outside the home and was always involved in a second job just to make ends meet.

Now, after retirement and in my 60's, I, like many others, have had a change of interests, some.

I now enjoy spending some time with my wife in the garden. I do a lot more work then I ever wanted to and actually enjoy the looks of some of the stuff. I think I get most excited by taking pictures and videos of the yard to show my appreciation for her work.

I have shared some photos of some of our plants, I might not know the names of many but I am learning….Who says “Ya can’t teach an old dog new tricks?”

Sharing with my wife is the best of the whole thing.
